Private Charcuterie Experience

  • Welcome tea, coffee and homemade bacon rolls.

    Farm tour - Get up close to (and feed!) the pigs we breed and raise for charcuterie on the farm. Learn the basics of keeping pigs and the ways it differs from commercial pig farming.

    Charcuterie production - make your own salami. Learn the alchemy of salami production. Choose your own ingredients and grind, mix and stuff your own unique salami to take home after fermentation and drying.

    Charcuterie lunch - A fabulous lunch in our 16th century open barn. Enjoy a range of the salami and cured meats we produce as well as many other local artisan products made from nearby producers / farmers.
